Wow!!!! The Crockett Hotel _ is the perfect place to stay!! Grace was awesome !! Grace took care of us from the moment we arrived she was helpful and provided excellent customer service . She went above and beyond by assisting my family and offering information about local events. Cody was also extremely polite and courteous !

Great Place to Stay The Crockett Hotel is a beautiful, historic hotel with friendly staff. Our valet Grace provided excellent customer service. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to many attractions including the Alamo, Rivercenter Mall, and the Riverwalk.

Lovely hotel This place is beautiful. So much history here it’s like a small museum with artifacts, pictures, art work. The inside entrance is gorgeous. The rooms are very clean and efficient. They are not as fancy as some hotels but definitely worth it. There was no microwave in room but there is a small fridge. This is literally a few steps away from the Alamo. Coffee shop inside hotel. The restaurant has great food and drink's and reasonably priced. Drink prices ⬆️ like any other place in tourist town. It’s a quiet place. They have live music in restaurant. Bar closes at midnight. If I’m ever in San Antonio again I will come back here. Especially during the month of October.

Great Stay! The management and staff were wonderful! Rooms were great - comfortable and very well kept. Our small group of 15 ate in the Crockett Tavern one night where food and service were great. We used the executive boardroom for our three day 2025 planning retreat. It was just right for our needs! The history of the hotel is amazing. The prime location, which is just a short walk to The Alamo and Riverwalk allows for easy access to fun in the evenings. It was a great stay in all aspects. We will be back!

Heavenly The stay was amazing and the hotel was so beautiful, valle parking was so considerate especially ms.grace. I have not much to say other than how sweet everyone was and i think i saw a roach in the dining hall so that might be the only thing i have to say. Thank you
