Semana Santa en San Antonio The hotel has a very beautiful location The staff is very attentive to any questions or concerns. Our experience was very positive and we would definitely return. Something we look for in a hotel is that its location allows us to visit emblematic places without having to use the car, as was the case with The Alamo.

Fun at the Briscoe Museum Our group of a few dozen organized a collective trip to San Antonio to visit the Briscoe Western Art Museum. The folks at the Briscoe recommended we stay at the Contessa, and we're so glad they did! Victoria was a huge help in setting things up - a group of our size needed a bit of extra attention, so it was good to have a staff member dedicated to making things perfect. Things went over very smoothly once we arrived. Everyone had a lovely experience! San Antonio was such a delight.

Great stay!!! On the riverwalk… press R for riverwalk in the elevator and you are standing on the water. Amazing location. The staff was so helpful. Ask Eddie, Nadine or AJ for anything, cab, uber, luggage and they are THERE! The best. The restaurant and bar menu was delicious. Huge portions. Definitely choosing this hotel when we are back in town. Every room is a suite and excellent in design. You want to stay here!!

Never disappoints Great stay & trip as always! The staff is amazing, and Abbas went above and beyond to accommodate us and our 2 rooms. Will continue to be THE hotel for us when visiting San Antonio. Definitely a great stay and we love how all rooms have a separate bedroom!

Location Location Location and the best employees! The location was fabulous. As they say…location location location! We were there for the opening of an art show and sale at the Brisco Museum. All we had to do was walk one short block to the museum. The employees were amazing. Especially Luz (on the 8th floor), Nadine, at valet and what can you say about Fast Eddie…just beyond amazing!
