A lovely stay Hotel Havana is very charming. Bed was very comfortable, towels were soft, and the overall atmosphere was romantic. The restaurant Ocho on the property served OUTSTANDING Cuban fare. Service was professional, courteous, and efficient. We enjoyed one of the 2nd floor balconies and the restaurant sent drinks up for us. I would stay here again.

Wish this were in my city!! At the last minute, I had a change of plans and stumbled across this gem. I was on business for four nights and would have gladly stayed much longer. You might see some reviews that ding this hotel for noise, but that was not my experience. I've stayed at business hotels with greater noise. Hotel Havana is an old building with some design eccentricity AND THAT'S GREAT. I'm soooo tired of every hotel trying to fit predetermined rubric for its class, brand or market. Hotel Havana was comfortable, thoughtfully designed and staffed with kind people who clearly cared about their work, but weren't putting on fake "customer service" vibes. My first two nights were in a queen studio on my own. My final two nights were in a larger king suite where my husband joined me. We both loved it.

Wedding at Hotel Havana I planned a wedding at Hotel Havana and their restaurant Ocho. Every staff member was wonderful to work with and their customer service was 5 star. Tressa, the Sales Manager, went above and beyond. She was easy to work with, communicated well, and on the day of was there to help with any questions we had. The guests and vendors complimented how great the hotel and food were.

Very helpful. Historic hotel. We arrived at 6am on Amtrak. Desk person went all out to accommodate us. Great historic hotel right on the riverwalk. Treated us very well. Rooms are basic but very comfortable. Enjoyed our dinner at Ocho, the attached restaurant. Good food and service.

Hotel Havana is wonderful First time visiting San Antonio. Could not be happier with the hotel & accommodations. Very unique and charismatic property that met all our needs. Staff was wonderful. My girlfriend and I are active and enjoy a conveniently located hotel within walking distance of all the main attractions, of which this is. Book here for wonderful experience and trip!
