Awesome stay My wife and I took a last-minute getaway to San Antonio last weekend to see the Christmas lights on the Riverwalk and visit with friends. We stayed at an excellent hotel where the staff truly went above and beyond. The decor was stunning, and the entire place smelled incredible—so much so that my wife purchased two fragrance sprays from the front desk before we left for the airport. Unfortunately, we quickly realized the bottles were 4 oz each and wouldn’t make it through TSA since we hadn’t checked luggage. While we were waiting for our Uber, the valet, Mourad, overheard our conversation and stepped in to save the day. Without hesitation, he offered to send the sprays to our house the very next day. Mourad’s kindness and willingness to go the extra mile made such an impression that it prompted me to write this review (and I’m typically terrible about remembering to do so!). Experiences like this remind me of the true value of exceptional service. Highly recommend this hotel—not just for the beautiful decor and festive ambiance but for the outstanding staff who genuinely care about their guests.

Perfect place to stay! Beautiful hotel in a great location, right next to the riverwalk. Rooms are perfect and so quiet and relaxing. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area. Staff is also super friendly and helpful.

Hotel Valencia River walk in December The hotel and staff were amazing!! So friendly and helpful! The location is great and the rooms were clean and comfortable! The food was delicious at the restaurant as well!! Such a beautiful time of year to be here! The hotel and river walk decorations were beautiful

Beautiful hotel We really liked this hotel. Right on the Riverwalk and near other attractions and amenities as well. The whole lobby area was a very pleasant place to hang out, have a drink, or breakfast. The bed and pillows in our room were super soft and comfy-cozy, which is essential! We appreciated the bathrobes and a big umbrella (the latter came in handy one rainy night). We felt comfortable and the whole place just had a good vibe with friendly staff and a nice smell. The valet staff, while super friendly, were a little slow, but I think it's because the cars are being parked far away. For the price, I might consider self parking next time. There were no complimentary water bottles provided in the room, just mentioning. The housekeeping and valet staff provide little business cards with a QR code to make tipping easier, which was pretty cool. When taking our rental car out once, I didn't have cash on me, so the valet gave me one of the little cards, but he didn't write his name on the card so I didn't know to whom to direct the tip when prompted, and I felt sorry about that. Just something to note. Overall we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

5 Star Service I had an excellent stay at Hotel Valencia! The grounds were beautiful, the ambiance was amazing, and the fragrance throughout the hotel smelled so good that I purchased it to take with me. Kudos to Ronnie for outstanding service at the coffee bar! _
