Overpriced everything Not enough staff at breakfast - waited way too long for coffee/refills, juice, water, and the bill. The auto 18% service charge for our group of 8 wasn’t justified…it was a buffet with minimal customer service. Everything was overpriced - $20 for kids pepto in hotel gift store, $22 old fashioned at bar, $10/hour for bike rental. Collectively, these absurd charges make the entire hotel feel petty, and guests leaving like it was a money-grab by Hyatt. There’s nothing about the property that justifies those prices - kids pepto at Target costs $6…they charged triple! $20+ old fashioned is NYC pricing, NOT at Charlie’s Long Bar outside San Antonio! After checkout, friends that stayed at the property on a “guest of honor” reservation saw $250 in breakfast charges. Still fighting with the hotel to get these removed.

Great family experience Family friendly resort with lots of things to keep both kids and adults busy. Close to a lot of options outside the resort too. It was our first family resort and we had a blast. Entire staff was friendly and we were able to let our child (20 month old) run around. We will go back

Mediocre The coffee bar was dirty with unknown liquid and coffee stains when we checked in. The rug was frayed in the master suite. On the back patio, the wood work on the building is decayed and rotten. There was a hail storm at some point in the past and the metal roof is pock- marked

Hotel and Spa stay Food and drinks outrageous priced and paying for parking on top of paying for Hotel was just crazy. At those rates I would never be able to bring my family unless I won the Lotto. The Hotel was nice but not affordable. I will not be back because of price I was considering a wedding there.

Best Hyatt Property This is the best Hyatt property that I have stayed at. I felt pampered. It was clean and I was texted throughout my stay to make sure I had everything that I needed. I wish we were not there for business. The lazy river looked amazing and I would have loved to have time to float around.
