Go elsewhere. The facility was dirty. The carpets need to all be replaced as they are stained and filthy. Detergent caused me to break out in rash. Door locks take forever to accept key cards. Technology completely antiquated.

Great hotel We enjoyed our stay at this location. We’ve chosen this location a few times and always like the stay. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is ALWAYS good. The beverages as well are a plus!

A/C A/C unit started making a huge noise at 3 a.m. and slept without A/C. Called reception at that time but obviously they weren’t going to do anything at that time so I let them know at checkout and obviously once again they weren’t going to do anything because we were on our way out,

Decent room for the price for 2023 After staying in 2 Super 8 hotels, this was palace! An interesting thing, signs near the lobby elevator said you had to use your room 'key' to get the elevator. Mine didn't work one time so I went to the front desk and he told me I didn't need to use the 'key'. He was right, so why don't they remove the signs. Hotel was clearly marked no smoking, but about half of the rooms on our floor still had no smoking signs near the room entrance door.

La Quinta Riverwalk Location is with-in easy walking distance to both Riverwalk and the Alamo. Great location. I enjoyed the free breakfast but the hotel has no options for lunch or dinner and I do not recommend the Denny[s that sits in front of the hotel.
