Great Conference Hotel for Corporate Events The omni event staff is amazing to work with as an event planner. From the start of the planning to the actual event execution, I felt very taken care of through out the entire experience. Every last minute request I could throw at the team was handled and it made my job so stressfree!

First Time Stay This was my first stay here after wanting to try and stay here many times over the years. I was immediately not impressed with the layout of the hotel including my room. Finding it in the maze or corridors was challenging. The hotel was not as clean as I would have hoped other than the main entry and check in areas. The corridors and elevators were hot and with no AC. The valet parking is over priced and with limited availability across the street you’re forced to valet. The restaurant was short staffed when we dined causing longer waiting times to order, refills, etc and the frustration on the staff was obvious. I still have to call the hotel because I was never sent my final bill through email or through my rewards membership. Not sure what happened here. This was once the only 5 star hotel in town that celebrities stayed at and it had a presence of a place you wanted to stay at. If this is as good as it gets now I will not stay here in the future!

Fabulous Wonderful staff. Upgraded my room when they learned it was my birthday. I was there solo on business but they made my stay more leisurely

#1 Place to Stay When Visiting S.A. Fernando and other staff members were very sweet from beginning to end. The food from the restaurant was too salty for our liking, which is the only reason why we took off a “point.” The hotel overall has that old Spanish/rustic feel. You feel like you’re walking into old Hollywood when you step into the lobby. Perfect place to stay as a couple or with your family. It’s our top choice every time.

No pet area This hotel claims it’s pet friendly but has no area for pets. We were charged for a full night and the pet fee for 2 hours of being checked in.
