Pleasant staycation for my family. Overall it was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful all around. Be prepared for your room to not be ready by check in time. Everything is overpriced and food options are underwhelming. Nice pool, delicious drinks. I love that there is a kids club. Expensive, but I hope they pay the staff well, they were great with the kids.

Don’t waste your time or money Large resort that is understaffed or trained in customer service. Most staff members are apathetic and don’t seem to enjoy their job. We tried to get A Connecting room for a special family”girls” reunion. Well, it simply couldn’t be done by management. Even though there was a suite connecting room that was empty for 3 nights. They wouldn’t budge on a reasonable fee for upgrade. Also, false advertising on room discription and topaz cabanas.

Unfortunate Experience I am late in writing this review, but my most recent stay, Mother's Day weekend was a HUGE disappointment. It was a let down from the minute we checked in. We have been staying here for almost 20 years if not longer. My daughter was married here a few years ago and the service, decor, cleanliness, etc. has significantly declined over the past few years. It can NOT all be blamed on COVID. We are locals and many of our family and friends agree that the resort is in need of a major decor renovation as well as dining improvements. The room decor we had was the same it has been for as long as I can remember. The weekend we were there the pools had standing room only space, especially the adults' only pool. We witnessed several people save seats for more than 2 hours and then finally reported them to the pool manager and they were cleared. We also saw the manager try and remove a group of local people that brought in their own alcohol and towels which is supposedly allowed on weekdays. A group of men bought them wristbands so they could stay and be rowdy. Pool experience was similar to Vegas or Miami beach resort hotel. We were not able to get a table for 2 within 2 hours of to dine so we walked to the golf dining restaurant because no one answered the phone for 20+ rings. I could go on and on but for over $1000.00 for 2 nights RUN somewhere else!!! This resort needs major improvement in all areas! It is nothing like it used to be sadly.
