Club Wyndham La Cascada

Unknown hidden charges / No housekeeping Was charged for housekeeping at the end of the stay even when they never cleaned our room or refilled supplies/ towels etc. They hit us with unknown hidden charges at checkout and said that multiple people didn’t know of the hidden charges. But then basically said tough luck you still have to pay for the housekeeping fee. Not recommended to stay , better options elsewhere.

Family trip to La Cascada I was placed on the second floor right about valet with only view of parking lot as guest entered. Toilet was broken the entire time and I was told I had to pay housekeeping fee but resort doesn’t offer housekeeping until after 7 days. We stayed there for 5 nights.

Terrible You can either park in the street or pay to valet your car. We valeted our car and the valet service did over $2000 in damage to our car and neither the valet service or the Wyndham will take reaponsibility. Our car had zero damage when we left it with the valet service. Makes you think twice about being a member when they won't take responsibility Kevin J

Great property hate the timeshare pitch being a current owner. If your new this is an amazing place. If your an owner like us. It means nothing to them, they still force you to go to a timeshare pitch and call it an update. But all they want you to do is spend 12x what you already paid for.

Clean, bright & spacious! Unit very comfortable. Kitchen was very well appointed! Enjoyed the extra large bathroom and the two separate sink areas. Enjoyed the pool!
