Great Customer Service! Best Western beds and pillows are always something to look forward to.pillows The hotel met all our needs, all of the staff was friendly and helpful. Destiny S checked us in, directed us to our room, and answered any questions that we had. Any imperfections were easily overlooked, because the overall stay was great. As always Best Western has the most comfortable bed and the best pillows! We'll definitely be back!

Bedbugs, sulfur water, bullying staff, and a dead bird This was the very worst hotel/motel experience that I have ever had. The second biggest problem was that we found a bedbug infestation in my daughter's bed. The biggest problem was that the staff responded to our concerns about this (and the photo and video that we provided) with mockery, sneering, and faux counter-accusations, as if we were trying to scam the motel by seeking alternative accommodations shortly before midnight. This was not the only problem. The water in our room smelled strongly of sulfur or sewage (a rotten egg smell). There was bottled water in the room, but it had a price tag, and the front desk staff refused to comp it after I reported that the tap water smelled awful and unsafe. As with the bedbug infestation, the staff responded to such concerns with sneering, bullying, defensiveness, and counter-accusations. This is a budget option, but we incurred significant costs when we realized we could not stay in a room with a bedbug infestation. For people who might find this motel appealing because of the fitness center and pool, I should say that this is an enormous complex, so we were not really able to enjoy the facilities, due to the large number of people sharing a somewhat small pool. The fitness center is in the pool area, which is closed between 10PM and 8AM, so I was not able to squeeze in a workout by getting up early. I should also note that we found stains on the carpet in our room and there was a dead bird outside of our door on our first AM.

Not the best hotel. Price may be good but you get what you pay for or even less. The room was dirty and smelly. There was a water leak under the sink and carpet in front was wet. Carpets were old and dirty. Noise can be heard from the adjacent rooms. On top of it there was an emergency water break and water was turned off for several hours. The hotel staff did not even offer a complementary bottle of water to brush teeth with in the morning. Not the best selection. The only good thing was the price but still not worth it.

Dont expect anything from this hotel, not even a smile, or any response whatsoever Most horrondous hotel ever, most discourteous and helpful front desk that I have ever come across in the world. Live bugs in the bathroom. despite their recorded voice saying power strips are available in room, and despite asking 3-4 times no one could give us a power extension cord. Again we were told that microwave is available for asking. Called yesterday at 8.30 am, i was told they are sending it soon. Called again at 10.30 AM- was told that microwaves are occupied in rooms and once check outs happen we would get. Called at 11.45 yesterday, now some lady by name Dee said that these are just not available and whosoever said was not correct and she doesnt care what has been told me earlier. She also said that Microwave is available near reception and we can bring our food there. Today I called again if we can bring food and where should we bring, the lady Janet said there is no such thing available, when i told about converastion yesterday, she said she would check, the call was put on hold and then horror some one else responded, and again same thing happened, and this time 3rd person responded and she was even more curt. When asked if I could help some complaint id- she said there is none, and i could come to front desk and take manager's card. WORST FRONT DESK and worst hotel experience ever.

Choose elsewhere Front desk staff (afternoon to evening shift) has poor customer service. You call and they immediately put you on hold for up to twenty minutes and once you do get a hold of them they don’t know how to talk to clients. The room smells musty, moldy and humid and the room is full of drain gnats.
