Enjoyable stay Comfortable spacious room. Light freeway noise but not enough to keep you awake. Staff was polite. Everything was clean. I wasn’t there long enough to try any food or drinks available. I will stay there again while visiting my SDSU student.

A good one! I'm surprised to see the mix of reviews, this was one of the nicest Hilton Garden Inns I've ever stayed at! I did not have a car, so maybe the parking is tricky if you do have one, but I felt that the property was very clean and pretty, the front desk staff were super friendly and professional, and they gave the upgraded wifi which made my stay even more enjoyable (free wifi at Hiltons is notoriously spotty and slow, in my opinion). I did not get to try the restaurant because my stay was brief but I appreciated that it was there. I liked the hotel so much that I came to TripAdvisor to review it because my Hilton member survey had already expired. Whoever is running the show there right now is improving it I guess, because I would definitely stay here again!

Not your typical Hilton Garden Inn My maps sent me to the back of the hotel for parking. It was lined with homeless people in run down vehicles, naked homeless and filth. Around front I found a very narrow parking space. Inside were lots of kids, my 4th floor smelled like dirty dog and kids were in the hallway playing hockey. My room appeared marginally clean, bathroom had a sewer odor. Sink area was very small and outside of toilet and shower area - never been in Hiton Gardens arranged like that. Parking area is a nightmare- very small. Best part of the hotel was the bar. Great Bar tender! Staff seemed nice. I am a Hilton diamond member and I usually stay at Hilton Garden Inns. I was extremely disappointed in this one.
