Not a good look for Hilton! Don't be deceived by the pictures! They are not a good representation of the hotel. False advertising! This hotel is dingy, rusty and in need of major upgrades. It smells old. Do not book! This is nothing more than a glorified motel! Paint is chipping Furniture is old, chipping and worn Ceiling needs repainting Parking is $33/day and garage is not attached Breakfast is NOT included Water drains slowly Pool is mediocre No microwave in room Carpet needs to be replaced; stained and dingy

I was scammed by this hotel! I was scammed by this hotel! Because of the plumbing problem, I was forced to move to another hotel. I stayed for two nights in total, and they moved me back on the second night. As compensation, the hotel promised to give me a free night, but in the end, the hotel did not give us a free night! This is simply a scam! I have already complained, and I will continue to defend my legal rights! And by the way, this hotel is super dirty and the staffs are unprofessional. I stayed in lots of double tree by Hilton hotel in the world , this is the worst hotel and ruins Hilton’s brand name! Some proofs in the attachment

Only okay - needs attention This hotel appears to have potential but it’s worn and there are issues with it. First I didn’t realize that parking was $33 a day which seems really overpriced - the garage is old, not attached to the building and very not easy to maneuver. The room was okay - the best feature is central AC. We had no body wash in the bottle in the shower and the maids did not leave us towels the second day after taking out the ones we had used. I couldn’t get the guest services to answer the phone so I had to go down to the front desk at 9 pm to get towels. - unacceptable. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay open and we had to prop it open with the iron from the closet. All in all, I wouldn’t choose this property again - it needs attention and details need to be addressed.

Misleading Pictures. Not better than some of the local motels The pictures are misleading. Do not book! The parking is extremely narrow, and if you're in an SUV or truck, you are inches away from scraping the sides. The rooms are comparable to those in a low-end, cheap hotel. Out of 30+ years of booking, this has to be the lowest quality hotel I've ever stayed in compared to the pictures. This is misrepresentation at its finest. I don't see how this is not addressed at the corporate level by now because it's robbery. They take advantage by making you book for multiple days, which is a total ripoff!

Horrible experience, Reviews Customer Reviews on all platforms Alert. Look at the recent customer reviews. You’ve been warned! I recently booked for a family vacation and immediately once I got to my room it was in poor condition and the bathroom was disgusting. I politely asked for a refund and was willing to take a loss on the first day and initially the manager agreed but whenever expedia called to verify the refund, the staff refused stating the manager didn’t pass any information to them even though I called immediately after speaking with her. I ended taking a huge loss by booking elsewhere which ultimately I was happy I did because we were in the area for 5 days and my family enjoyed the new location. The manager and staff is horrible and I wished I had of read the customer reviews first. I hope this helps someone. There are better options. This was a horrible representation for the Hilton brand.
