Rude reception, $40/day for parking The staff at the check-in was very rude and unwelcoming. She did not say any greeting nor explained anything--what time the breakfast is, etc. In fact, she did not say a word throughout the whole check-in process, without even a glance in my direction. I just thought that was odd. The room was okay, nothing to complain about, but the beds were too soft and small for a double size. Overall, an okay experience. I would not recommend, since there were better hotels nearby with comparable price. There was a hidden fee of $40 a night, a surprise.

Staycation Stayed here for a short weekend getaway. There were a lot of kids part of sports teams when we stayed so it was a bit noisy with the kids running around the hallways. Breakfast and the manager's evening reception was great. We loved how the main lobby and bar had plenty of seating. The king room was good and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were too soft for us. Overall the stay was great. We love embassy suites for the free breakfast and microwave and fridge in the room as a brand standard. It helps us save money and feel more like home when we are away from home.

Terrible parking Terrible parking, 40 DLLs per night and park at your own risk! My car was scratched and well, good luck. The spots in the first floors are two small, that's why I choose the top floor, but even with that a lady scratched my car.The hotel is not responsible for lost or damage, for that amount I think they can hire an insurance, but .. The hotel is big for a small pool and small buffet, positives, breakfast is good, but you need to be before 8, hotel is clean and comfortable, good location in front of mall and close to other attractions

I strongly recommend choosing a different place The foldout bed in our "executive suite" which is supposed to sleep four people is all springs and no padding. I've complained about this to staff, their best solution was to give me a comforter to put on top of the metal springs. Even though my room accommodates four, housekeeping never provided more than three towels. When my wife asked for the fourth towel, the housekeeper gave her an argument that the remaining towels were “for another room”. We paid $40 for parking per day. The garage was designed by an insane person. There is a one narrow lane the width of a car to enter an exit leading to constant traffic jams, backing up, etc. The card reader on the garage exit fails 50% of the time leading to long lines. They want $3 for a 12 oz bottle of off brand water in your room. You can do a lot better.

Pretty good experience overall. Went here for me and my gfs anniversary. Restaurant staff were my only complaint. It got really loud there at times and the workers seemed to want to chat with the guests more than actually work. Met Ruben in the lobby and he got us a great deal on our next vacation! He had great customer service and explained everything to us carefully. This is definitely someone you want representing your business. We don't usually buy things 'on the fly' while we're vacationing but, Ruben explained the process and gave us a great deal!! Thanks Ruben!
