EV Chargers at Hotel! The hotel was very nice with great amenities including a good breakfast and 2 EV chargers. As an EV driver, we especially appreciated being able to use the level two EV chargers each day we were there. The EV chargers make it very convenient as we charged while in our room and the car was ready to go when we ventured out. Thank you so much for providing this connivence and supporting clean energy.

Comfy and clean stay My room was clean and staff was attentive. Yolanda was friendly and quick to respond to a support request i needed. Beds and floors were clean and stain free. Only hit, shower water pressure was low to where it was challenging to wash soap from hair. Ending on a good note, the breakfast here was very good quality!

Great location, clean, and friendly staff We loved this hotel. The lobby was clean, bright , and our Front Office agent was so welcoming at check-in. Our room was very roomy for 3. Room was clean and beds comfortable. A microwave & refrigerator was in the room and a big bonus…until we discovered the fridge was not working. We called the Front Desk twice and Engineering responded to room and checked out the fridge. Employee recommended to switch out with a new fridge. I agreed and thanked him. We left for the day and returned late in the evening to find the same, non-operating fridge still there. I gave up after this and instead reminded the FD about it at checkout. The morning breakfast is wonderful. It offers the perfect variety of foods and the coffee is very tasty. The workout and Laundry rooms are both great to use. Location is really close to a lot of shopping, eateries, and only 10-mins from the airport. I’m probably gonna make this my choice of hotel when I’m in the area.

Last Chance for this Property This is my second stay at this property. I visited on the night of 07/23/2024. This is likely my last stay at this property. My first stay wasn't too bad; however, this stay was just so disorganized. I arrived at about 4:30PM and used the digital key service. It worked ok; however, I still had to stop at the front desk for a parking pass. I was the fifth one in line. Bill was trying his best; however, the other person that could have been helping people at the front desk was chatting about completely personal business in the back office. Thanks useless person, whomever you were. I also paid for a room with in room snacks and beverages. That rate is about $25.00 higher than the regular rate for the night. When I arrived in the room, nothing was in the room. Around the same time, I got a text message asking how my stay was from Elizabeth. I told her that I did not receive any snacks or beverages. She said they would send them up. I left for dinner and came back 3.5 hours later, and there is still nothing here. Just a lousy property that never fulfills the promises they give. I will be asking upon my departure for a $25 credit for services not received, plus an additional amount or points for the failure of service. As for the room, it is pretty comfortable. The bathroom was sufficent, the bed was comfortable; however, the room could truly use a refresh soon as the desk and side tables were all beat up. There was also two additional random coffee makers in my closet. (Did they have nowhere else to store them?) Just silly little things. I think it is time I move on from this property.

Great stay! Great check in experience, parking lot available and convenient access to the facility. The room was spotless, got to stay at the top floor right in front on the flag ready for July 4th! As a Hilton Honor member I felt welcome, the tv message made me smile, sleeping time was extremely pleasant, soft and clean sheets. The breakfast style is continental, delicious and flavorful.
