Clean and a good value Clean, safe, comfortable, convenient and the breakfast is hot and the coffee is good. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There is a bit of wear and tear: The A/C worked but the housing was falling off. My refrigorater did not work. My comode would sometimes keep running and I'd need to close the flap. The first night I got there the ice machine on my floor was not opperational. It was working after the first night.

OK It's an average hotel on a busy street. Expensive, but on the cheaper side for this area. Everything worked fine, but the room, the service and the general ambience was just OK for a one night stay. In particular, the crowd and noise made me somewhat uncomfortable when I returned late on Saturday night. I'd go back if I just needed a place to sleep.

Best, newest budget hotel we've been to in S.D. So happy to find this hotel after a sleepless night somewhere else. Clean and modern, it was basic but all we needed--a nice place to shower and sleep between site-seeing. Friendly staff and large, comfortable rooms. I will say the website pictures of the breakfast set up are deceiving but it was still flavorful and filling.(Just fewer choices than in the pictures.) Overall the nicest budget hotel we've stayed in in San Diego. Thank you!

Pool not as advertised Pool was advertised as open but was closed and not at all as pictured. The food was ok. Room was clean enough. The location is central to many attractions and must see locations. Room 155 has a flimsy window, is on the ground floor, and faces a parking lot. I wouldn’t recommend this room for that reason. It didn’t feel very safe.

Dark and dated but clean and friendly I stayed for one night. Bed and pillows comfy, great breakfast with mix of hot and cold... the scrambled eggs were even good which says a lot! The room was just big enough, but due to the setup it stayed really dark in there and uninviting for me to work inside as felt dreary. The elevator is a little Scary with the sounds it makes and the fact they do not have the inspection certificate displayed. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Great bargain spot to stay. Easy to walk to restaurants.
