Margaritaville is a magical place. Great location as we are doing baseball and also attending a conference at the convention centre. Love the Margaritaville theme and the staff has been excellent. Lisa, our Landshark Pub waitress was full of information and a pleasure to visit with. Also shout outs to Ana at the front desk and Gilbert our bartender.

Fun place to chill and waste away... Great place and an oasis amongst the hustle and bustle. This is a newer hotel and everything was super good! We had a one room suite. It is spacious, good sized & very clean. I will warn guests that the refrigerator does not work. We asked maintenance and they suggested that we put an ice bucket in the unit to keep our items cold. Careful, they advertised that they have a refrigerator in the suite so beware. There are no microwaves in the rooms and no mini sink in the "wet bar." Other than the above minor hiccups above, it was really a great spot. You can see Petco Park from the windows and lots of walking distance food options. The parking fee is $65 a night but, you have in & out privileges. All staff were great, and the roof top bar was a plus. Just a chill place to hang out. It was not crowded during the week. I really can't wait to return!

Amazing hotel for a family break Staying at this hotel was a fabulous experience for our family of four (including a 13 year old and a 15 year old) as the last stop on our Californian road trip. We stayed in 7 hotels overall and this was everyone’s favourite. The lobby and room were both lovely and the pool area is fabulous. We booked with breakfast included and the quality and choice were excellent, as was the service from Lisa in the restaurant. This is a great location for bars and restaurants and for getting around to other parts of San Diego. We walked over to the convention centre to take the ferry to Coronado for example. I highly recommend!

Excellent location I’ve stayed in August 2024 with friends. Excellent location, friendly staff, very clean, valet parking, very close to Petco Park stadium and Historic Gaslamp District, fast wi-fi, very nice lobby :)) Rooftop bar with open swimming pool.
