Excellent Hotel The Manchester Grand Hyatt surpassed my expectations in cleanliness, service, and overall quality of everything. The chekin process was smooth. The hotel s beautiful and has a lot to offer for food and drinks. The 40th floor bar was phenonmenal - great views, food, and drinks. Don't be scared of the number of floors - the elevator system is very well organized. I was on the 26th floor and it never took me more than 4 minutes to go up and down (this includes wait times).

Excellent Location to Downtown Excellent location. Excellent Service. I had one issue with being locked out of my room, and both Josh and Carlos were exceptional in resolving the issue.

Beautiful Pool was great. Kids had a good time. 2 hot spas. Excellent! Wonderful rooftop bar on 40th floor. Amazing views of city ! As with any hotel everything is overpriced !

Leaky Sink Faucet I stayed at Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego because it was the host hotel of our Congress. I was very disappointed that the bathroom sink faucet was leaky. Relocating to a different room was too much trouble since I had already settled and unpacked.

Horrible Hotel Room not ready upon arrival at 5 pm. Air conditioning is completely a joke. Room was hot despite thermostat set on 65.
