Great place to stay in San Diego! Hotel is in a great location next to the ocean as well as a lot of activities. Rooms are clean and spacious. And great balconies over the ocean. If you have a rental car, they have parking/valet available, outside parking is easy. Pool area and restaurant are clean, good food and staff checks on you while laying poolside. Staff was professional & helpful at all times. Would recommend if you’re staying in San Diego for a few days.

Stay here! Best place to stay in Pacific Beach! The rooms were huge, the location is prime, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The property is a hidden paradise nestled away from the hustle and bustle but right next to everything you possibly could want. I highly recommend this hotel and will come back next time we visit Pacific Beach.

What it should be During our stay at Pacific Terrace we had a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. From the moment we arrived the atmosphere was serene, the staff were incredilby welcoming and made our stay comfortable. The room was spacious, decorated nicely, balcony and shutters on the balcony door allowed us to keep the door open and enjoy the sound of the waves at night. Great spot for a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. The bed was comfortable, providing a restful sleep accompanied by the sound of the ocean at night. Direct beach access was great to be right in the sand in less than 20'. The hotel provided beach chairs, towels, unbrellas, bikes and plenty more we didnt get a chance to use. The pool area was calm and relaxing, the ocean was just beyond the area being overlooked by the hotel. The pool staff was fast, attentive and efficient, we didn't have to wait long for anything we ordered. Plenty of things to do around the area within walking distance, if I had driven from Vegas where I live I don't think I'd have seen my car until checkout. There are so many more things to say, if anything stay there and find out for yourself, you won't regret it.

Everything was perfect ! All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. They had complementary beach chairs and umbrellas. They made fresh cookies every afternoon. They delivered chocolates to your room in the evening. Bikes were available at no additional charge. The fan in the bathroom actually got the steam out of the shower area. Not many hotels can say that! I appreciated having a scale in the bathroom too. Lots of little extras. We would definitely stay again.

The service here is impeccable We were on a ladies trip (we're in the 35-44 yr old age range). We wanted to party in PB, but then go and retreat to a quiet hotel and also spend some time chilling having cocktails by the pool. This place was perfect for that. It was mostly retirees and a family or two. We got an Uber to Bird Rock for dinner (6 mins), to a club in the gas lamp district (20 mins) and could walk to all the restaurants and bars of PB. We tried out Water Bar for afternoon drinks overlooking the ocean and Hideaway for Sunday brunch, both very close to the hotel. There was no noise at all at night despite our room overlooking the boardwalk. The parking lot ($40 pn) has two EV spots. We also got the free bikes and did a little ride alongside the beach. The service at this hotel is 5*. When we were by the pool staff were constantly checking in. We ate on the patio by the pool 3 times, tried lots of different menu items for breakfast and lunch and it was all great. Highly recommend.
