Not your 4 star but clean and comfortable, we would stay here again My husband and I stayed 4 nights. PROS— 1. Friendly helpful staff. 2. Clean. Rooms were updated with granite in kitchenette and ba rm. Shower was good. Great suite setup. Door to ba rm from kitchen and bedroom. Pullout couch. Lots of natural light big windows. Kitchen fully stocked with stove full fridge and Keurig coffee pot, dishes utinsels towels paper towels dish soap etc. 3. Good basic continental breakfast. 4. Fire pit was lit every night. Nice setting out there. Pool looked nice but too cold to use it in Feb. CONS- 1. The bed wasn’t very comfy but we are used to memory foam. Every time my husband would change positions I would wake up from bouncing so I slept in the pullout couch which wasn’t the most comfortable but it worked. Building has good bones very quiet. 2. Maid service is by request only and we had to ask every day for more coffee creamer towels and make the bed. They were always willing to give whatever you needed though. 3. Not your typical grande lobby. Small and quaint I’d say. $15 a nite for parking. Overall it was a nice small little hotel.

My experience while staying at Sonesta Hi everyone I’ve been staying at the Sonesta es for a little over a year And I must say it feels like family during my stay . From the moment I checked in To present the guys are are top notch I’ve been here for over a year And I must say I’m very satisfied Sonesta will always be my best option for a hotel while I travel

Excellent 3 night stay family trip combined with off site office meetings Check-in was quick and hassle free We got a good cozy room by the pool side even thought we did not use the pool it looked clean and neat Room itself was clean and all the kitchen items were neat and sanitized for immediate use. Spacious suite for a family of 2+2 kids (we were only me and my wife) Breakfast had good verity starting from fruits till juices, it was a full breakfast collection. Pan cake and eggs were standard menu on all three days we stayed. If I don't mention this it will be a crime, there are almost 10 different restaurant just nextdoor and on the other side we do have other major retail stores and a costco too. All in all it was a excellent stay and would recommend to friends and colleagues.

Nice hotel, watch out for extra charges like parking. Nice hotel in pretty good shape. Breakfast was very good. Staff is friendly. Hot tub and pool also nice. No maid service or trash or towels. Had to ask for towels and trash day 3. They charge $10 per night for parking when it is not in the reservation, nor on the website. It left me feeling cheated. I left a message for the GM, I was told it was waived, then it wasn’t. Sadly, this left a bad taste in my mouth. Probably will stay elsewhere next time for that reason.

Convenient location The friendly staff go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The rooms are quiet and well equipped. The mattress on the pullout sleeper in our room could use a firmer replacement. The included breakfast is quite good. The property is conveniently located near a wide variety of dining and retail businesses.
