Awesome revisit! We checked into the Gaslamp Marriott again since the pandemic Thursday and it was great! We came into town to watch the Padre game, (first time in almost 2 years). Our valet was incredible-very friendly and attentive. The front desk was amazing. We had a HUGE snafu that she and the hotel manager helped us get out of. I wish I took their names-they were so great. (I only know Jeff's name) If you ever get the chance to visit San Diego, I highly recommend you visit this property. Especially for a Padre game-it is literally steps away from PetCo Park.

Great location and rooftop bar but… Great location and rooftop bar with a friendly server,but that’s about it. This hotel is old and tired. The carpet in our room had stains, as did the bed skirt. The hotel needs to be updated. This is the second Marriott we’ve stayed at post COVID and they seem to not be as good as they used to be…

Horrible and racist! This hotel is disgusting! Please read all recent reviews in 2020 and 2021! They lack customer service horribly and they are extremely rude! They retaliate if you complain, by cancelling your reservation or discriminating against you! The front desk don’t even wear name tags or introduce themselves! The Managers are even worse! They will make up lies about your character, just so they can put you out if and when you complain! Do yourself a favor and do not stay here! You will regret it! Read the past customer reviews, it’s the same story! And don’t waste your time if you are wanting to use any type of discount. They will really mistreat you! Spend your money elsewhere! There are many other Marriott brands in the area.

Simply Amazing My go to hotel in San Diego. If you want to stay where customer service is top notch. Communication from the hotel was on point. Check in was a breeze. I am Marriot Titanium and this hotel treats their elite travelers well. I'm already booked for two more stays.

Great Service! I have unfortunately finished my stay at the San Diego Marriott Gaslamp Quarter and i have nothing but amazing things to say about Daniel from valet! He was amazing and very knowledgeable, helped us around during our stay all week! I am definitely revisiting the Marriott gaslamp quarter because of Daniel! Amazing Guy!
