Staypineapple, An Elegant Hotel, Union Square

My pineapple stay Well let me 1st start off by saying this hotel is the best hotel I have stayed at. Let me start off with my dress for the wedding needed fixing. We'll Mr Arnold pulled me in and made a miracle happen. I don't know what hotel that accommodates you in fixing your dress making sure you're day is perfect. I also had awesome customer service by the rest of the staff. MS CASSANDRA who was filling in she was awesome making sure we had extra stuff giving us some ideas for dinner . Let me not forget Mr mark who played the piano and guitar in the lobby while the guest relax and enjoy the time. Ms ayesha she was so so helpful I needed something and she stopped what she was doing to help me. I also want to mention the other staff Mr Thomas who ensure us our rental car was good parked on the streets he basically kept an eye out who does that....I'm so grateful Ms Raven was awesome helpful making sure all our needs were met. I have to give the entire staff full credit. The cleaning lady was on top of it she kept us clean and stuff and stocked up. I'm going to be honest I didn't want to leave. We travel alot and we stay at a million hotels this one was by far the best. I felt like I knew everyone there for a very long time. The compliments that were given throughout this stay was honored and privilege. When I come back to San Francisco this is where I will be staying. So who ever is reading this your staff is awesome 5 star...I'm giving them 10 stars...Thank you pineapple _ for making my trip the best answer memorable _

An amazing pineapple themed hotel Amazing stay at the StayPineapple! Everything is pineapple themed, you get free cookies and pineapple flavored water, a nice room with an extremely comfortable bed, and separate sheets do you can wrap yourself and be extremely comfortable! Love it!

TOP TIER EXPERIENCE From the moment of booking over the phone I was impressed with this place. Most other places seem to charge over $50 as a pet fee but not here. And with the pet fee, so many goodies are included for your fur baby like food bowls, a bed, treats, and even a little poop bag holder (which we actually had needed so this was a HUGE bonus). They even write your dogs name on the welcome board at the front of the hotel _ as a dog mom, that is already above and beyond for me, but to top it off, the front desk people were so great!! I didn’t catch the young lady’s name who helped us but she was very pleasant, alone with Mark who seemed to be around all day going above and beyond, making us feel so welcome, including our pug, giving him all the pets and scratches. He also plays the piano so beautifully. It made for a special treat as I sipped on my morning cappuccino in the common area. And the night before, I enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine in the common area as well which felt sooo luxurious. Speaking of luxurious, the bedding was the most comfortable bedding ever omg. I just wanted to roll around under the covers it felt so amazing!! Will definitely be staying here for future stays in the city :) ELEGANT INDEED.

Staypineapple San Francisco book your room!! I had the best experience staying at the Staypineapple in San Francisco! Mark fronk desk, helped me reserve my room for 2 nights at a fabulous rate! He ensured my stay was comfortable! The hotel is located in the safe and most desirable area of Union square! The room was clean and exceptionally comfortable with some bonus! Thank you Staypineapple San Diego and Staypineapple San Francisco! I would recommend both hotels to anyone that is looking to travel solo or with a furry companion! Lovely hotel Hotel itself is very nice.staff are very helpful only thing is the area outside the hotel which is full of homeless and drunks and can be intimidating at night time.also the amenities you have to pay are not mentioned until you check into hotel
