Exceptional! Such a great hotel in an ideal location; makes most of the must see sites easily accessible (either walking or via Muni). The helpful and courteous staff, Liz in particular, made our stay even better. Add to that a comfortable room, and we’ve got an exceptional place!

MY FIRST TIME AT CQ HOTEL This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was honestly really comfortable. Not only that but the location was perfect and the staff was amazing. Definitely a place worth going back to!!!!! Thank you very much

Big Thanks to Liz Fantastic location, rooms and service, massive thanks to Liz for making our stay unforgettable. _ Would definitely come back next time we visit San Francisco. Restaurant next door served wonderful breakfast. Lunch and dinner also available there.

Just Awesome We arrived early morning as we had a night flight to SFO. In addition i booked one night too much as i mixed up the dates. Liz from reception desk was so nice and helpful. First she got us a free upgrade to a better room that we could use right in the morning and she also changed the booking to the actual date within minutes. We had a perfect start in this nice hotel in San Francisco. Thank you very much ! Our room was comfortable and clean with a nice view and everything we needed. The location is perfect for sightseeing, public transport is close by.

Worst experience ever - staff doesn’t know how to talk to customers Our room was not cleansed in any of the 3 nights we stayed at. Our air conditioner was not working and no maintenance was provided despite so many complaints. The staff at the front desk was not customer centric. This is the worst experience in a hotel anyone can get. I would never come back again and would not refer to anyone so people can avoid wasting money.
