Disappointing hotel in a great location The location is great and the staff lovely but otherwise I don't understand the good reviews. I could write a lengthy review listing all the bad points but suffice to say I think some rooms/bathrooms must be good while others are in urgent need of refurbishment. A big disappointment.

Sweet little hotel very close to union square in SF Very beautiful and stylish hotel near Union Square in San Francisco. The rooms and other spaces have a unique French style. While dinner is expensive, it's definitely worth the price. However, breakfast was a bit disappointing. Unfortunately, utensils and plates were often missing, and the replenishment of items was very slow. Overall, though, we would still recommend the hotel.

Never Again! This hotel's service was terrible! I was told I could check-in early, but when I arrived I was denied access to my room. My credit card was overcharge by a considerable amount when I was finally able to check in. I spoke with management, and they refunded me the money. But after I checked out, they called to ask me for more money. They messed up the entire process and made me pay for it. I do not recommend!
