Vacation and Nikko What a luxurious stay at this beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and walkable location. The rooms were clean and cozy, the turn down service was nice to have and every member of the staff was so accommodating. I will definetly stay at this hotel again.

Highly recommend Hotel Nikko Great hotel, fabulous gym and pool/spa facilities, very comfortable bed. Great food! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Felt very safe in the hotel. Very close to the conference center, great for conference!

Poor customer service. I accidentally booked the wrong night and didn’t realize it until after the cancelation window. Contacted the hotel and despite telling them I was still going to stay at the hotel, only a day later than booked, they refused to make the change and charged me for a night I didn’t even get to use. To add insult to injury, they told me they had no availability for the night in question but a quick search after the call clearly showed they did and they simply lied. Don’t get me wrong, I made the initial mistake, but I wasn’t asking for them to provide a refund simply change the dates of the stay, costing them nothing and they refused. I will never stay there again and will make sure everyone I I know that they should never stay there either.

Very good Good location and good facilities. They also responded quickly to our requests when making reservations. The best thing was Anzu's breakfast. In particular, the Japanese food tasted so good that I couldn't believe it was from an overseas hotel. I will definitely choose Nikko the next time I go to San Francisco.

Great choice for downtown SFO Excellent location for the Moscone and China town. Great facilities, hot tub and pool. Sauna was terrific. Bigger frig and a microwave would be optimal - perhaps optional for asking. Understated and discreet - I loved the atmosphere and ambience.
