Amazing location! The location is the star of the show here! The staff were lovely, unlimited free fortune cookies, delightful little happy hour. Breakfast was meh. Only pastries and not great ones. Room was fine but stuffy. AC worked but *barely*. Overall, we booked the hotel because of the location, the staff were lovely and it was clean.

Nice hotel for a short stay only Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. But rooms for 4 are very small, no place for 4 bags, no chair, no hangers for the towels and very very narrow bathroom. Also the « Space » for breakfast is fitted with only 3 tables for all the guests so you’re queing in the corridors of the 2nd floor for a while until you get the chance to enter the place.

A good spot for walking around the city I had a wonderful experience in San Francisco. I traveled with a friend a we enjoyed the amenities of the hotel. They opened up some spaces during the day for breakfast or happy hour. I found cool the way it worked but the breakfast was really bad. Besides that, it was a comfortable hotel and I had a great time.

A convenient location The customer service was fine. I talked with the staff a few times about how the rates worked and I got different responses. The reason I stayed was because I had a Ultramarathon and I didn’t utilize their breakfast or too many amenities. I got forks from a associate.

Reception staff still outstanding Roselyn was absolutely lovely at the reception! Had a terrible time at the airport (the CrowdStrike fiasco probably having contributed) and ended up having to check in way later than expected. Like wee hours of the morning late. I was absolutely exhausted being up and about for almost a whole 24 hours and Roselyn did such a fantastic job in hospitality mode when I walked in. Wasn't even in my room yet and I already relaxed. It's my second time here and it really does seem like folks are just top notch here. Love the staff. The room was a little less awesome this time around, bit of a smell and noticed bugs on the bed a few times, shade controls kind of odd/unintuitive, noise isolation not great, not a fan of the lights turning off automatically too soon.. but maybe the accessibility room is just different, or just unlucky with neighbors this time. Still a great stay, still favorite hotel, looking forward to staying here again.
