Soulless hotel in a not great area Location does not feel very safe (nothing hotel can do), rooms are tired, additional fee for ‘extras’ like internet is over the top, air conditioning smells like a restaurant is downstairs. Would not recommend

Hip hotel, super location a nice hotel in a super location. it is clean and modernly furnished. the rooms are complete. the beds are for 2 people a bit on the small side. one of the best hotels of our trip.

Helpful and very nice service LA LOPEZ is a very helpful front desk. She is very nice. She was able to help us with the room issue. Very nice person and helpful us❤️ Nicely attend to us good job very understand person also. We will for surely comeback to this hotel because of her.

Excellent stay. For the price point, I wasn’t expecting how nice the hotel was. The staff was extremely friendly, it was easy to get from the airport to the hotel on the train as the stop was right next-door. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable to the point that I asked what the brand was. 10/10

WILL BE COMING BACK TO THIS HOTEL _ Completely loved our stay. We wished we stayed more than 1 day. Really enjoyed that they have later check out than other hotel. Amenities were so perfect for killing time here. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in SF.
