Our new place to stay This hotel, and the entire building is wonderful. The rooms are nice, hotel staff amazing, the restaurant next door super. I’m a member of the Elks Lodge also, it’s extra special to me. Staying here is like being in a part of history. The beds are first class along with the many pillow choices. Views are awesome also! If you are looking for a great place, with a great location and service, you found it!

Horrible guest relations experience tried to stay but due to a medical emergency wasn't able to and when i tried to cancel and even modify my reservation was treated very rudely by David, "David you know the only David here" the guy was a real gem. When i explained to him that we were elks members visiting and had made our reservation less than 24 hours ago and were stoked about the location of the property in proximity to the elks he became super condescending and derogatory towards the elks in general stating " you know we give you guys" " we give the elks this rate and this is what you do to us " and my personal favorite " i have banned elks members from our hotel before " as if he wanted a cookie or a reward for this business practice. I don't usually write reviews hardly ever but this guy "David" was so rude and so unprofessional it compelled me to write a review and warn other fellow elks members not to be "conned" by this hotel they are not by any means "elk friendly " in fact they are the opposite. i am bummed too because i really looked forward to staying at this property. had it not been for the aggressive tactics and disgraceful guest service in light of an medical emergency would have loved to have spent my money there

Nice location and convenient In the center, near the main shopping and hotels. Kensington is a (very old) theatre. Very surprising. Rooms are small for 4 people but beds are very comfortable. The biscuits and hot drinks in the morning are a plus.
