Palihotel San Francisco

Stylish room, great staff Roomy Queen suite, great bed, Amazing retro Urban style, shower was really great and well furbiahed. Really close to Chinatown and walk diatance to the Pier. 5 Min from clipper stop . Sean was really friendly helpful and kind even at 5 am. We happily rented an other room. Would recommend

Very happy with our stay! My best friend & I stayed here for a girls trip & absolutely loved it. The hotel is so cute inside & out, the perfect balance of vintage & modern & has that old boutique hotel feel. Our room was very clean upon arrival & was serviced every time we left with new towels & a made up bed. The refrigerator came stocked with sodas, alcohol, waters & coffee drinks, candy & snacks (menu w drink/snack pricing also at hand) and a complimentary nespresso machine! The bed was very comfortable & the AC unit kept our room regulated perfectly (something I’ve read that a lot of San Francisco hotels do not have). All of the staff was very kind, especially Sean who was very friendly & went out of his way to help us with our luggage! We will definitely be staying here again!

Cute! Overall very cutely decorated hotel. However during my stay, the ac unit was leaky. So I was transferred to a different room, but that room was incredibly small and missing the body wash in the shower. I wasn’t notified of these changes and not satisfied.

Felt like home in the most sophisticated way Solo trip, 3 night stay. I loved this hotel so much. The first cool thing to happen was before I even left home-Palihotel sent an email sharing the address of the closest parking garage, just around the corner. That is huge, what a time and stress saver. (Tho this may not be a big deal, no other property has EVER let me know ahead of time and I’ve spent too much time trying to figure it out in the past) The property itself felt so welcoming the minute I arrived. It smelled so good, check-in was so quick, 5 min later I was in the elevator up to my room, 6th floor. Room was SO simple but sophisticated-so love a cream & black palette-small but felt spacious even with a king sized bed. Smeg fridge and Nespresso coffee, I couldn’t get enough of, and they were generous with additional pods. Beautiful ‘water closet’, very tiny sink but it worked. THE BEST SMELLING TOILETRIES EVER!! Was it gardenias or orange blossoms? I’m buying some when I get home. Bed was a bit too soft for me but they had pillows of various loft which is always appreciated. It is carpeted, something I personally look for. Water pressure good. One thing they could include with each room is a luggage stand. There are no drawers to put your items/clothes so you have to get on the floor to get your stuff. On the Second Floor, they have a sitting room-lounge with a beautiful bar that didn’t seem to be open when I passed by but maybe it’s seasonal or set up for private events. Very pretty, velvet couches & chairs. Anyway, I loved it at the Pail. 10/10 would recommend ;)

Amazing ! Everyone is so sweet! Donny is absolutely amazing - so sweet and considerate. I’ve stayed at Palihotels all over LA but this was my first time in SF and I will definitely be coming back! The complimentary coffee was also really nice. Excited to come back!
