Great hotel! The hotel was very clean and updated. Really cool old hotel with character but also modern and very clean. Front desk staff and super nice and we appreciated the coffee and tea in the morning. Price was great! Located convenient to transportation and seemed like a safe location with different food options.

Step into history! This is in an old historic part of town. Our room was like stepping back into history. It was small, clean and modern- yet historically old with imperfections. We had a San Francisco iconic bay window in our room that overlooked a typical big citystreet. Everything is walkable. Very close to the trolley cars Macy’s union Square etc.

Wonderful The staff were all so kind. The rooms were very clean. It is a older building and was very interesting. We met a couple who were older and had been coming there for years. We will also if returning to Sanfrancisco. The restaurants and shops were close by.

Do yourself a favor and don't stay at this place This is the worst place I ever stayed, bugs in the room, hotel, furniture is extremely old, horrible place we were supposed to stay 3 night we left after the first night, bugs in the room, area is full of drugged people, it's called a Best Western Premier should not be called premier, worse experience I ever had,

Cute, Clean, Comfy Hotel Super Retro style hotel! Cute and clean. Great staff. No breakfast or refrigerator in room. Great Location. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Parking is at parking structure a little way down street. Good price and location. Would stay here again.
