200 deposit for a dirty room We stayed here and was charged a ridiculous stain fee of 70 for a spot on linen that literally could be washed but look what kind of room we received dirty walls doors broken picture frame in bathroom broken hook and toilet paper holder just disgusting and they charge a 200 dollar deposit to scam and deduct for a smaller then dime like spot on sheet insane the phone number you call is not even in service I got no help but was told a manager would calll me this sis why the reviews on this place stir you away from staying I went straight to hotel and wanted receipt and the charges and they were no help do not go here

They Lied They said they were La Hacienda and wouldn’t take our Wyndam points so we had to pay over $800 in unexpected expenses. Wyndam Points said they were still Wyndam. Never received my $100 deposit back. Was charged $25 extra after leaving without explanation.

value for money ??????? the hotel could do with a full renovation , rooms were very dark and old decor , the shower did nit operate correctly , we were a group of 16 and some rooms had fridge and microwave and other identical room did not No restaurant on site yet it is advertised and no close options available 20 minutes down the road and the hotels there are much better for the same money and have plenty of places for food , which is very handy when traveling back late

DON'T STAY HERE!!! MANAGNENT PLEASE CONTACT ME. Don't stay at this hotel. This hotel used to be 5 stars and now it's giving motel 6 vibes. We checked in and the only thing that was nice was the lobby. Ended up switching our rooms and checking out that same night at 11pm. Disgusting. The staff _

A beautiful home away from home I absolutely enjoyed my time there and it was a great facility with very courteous staff to make my stay memorable. It’s a place to be with well trained personnel to attend to any of your needs to make your stay as comfortable as possible
