Jeffrey is amazing Jeffrey was amazing!! Great service, great attitude, he answered all my questions! Definitely visiting this hotel again. Pool area and gym were clean. Cleaning staff was very respectful and helpful. Good area, very close to civic center

Jeffery amazing customer service! I was completely impressed with Jeffery professionalism and customer service! Jeffery showed a positive attitude and goes above and beyond for customers! Secco has the best food and service around! I ate lunch at Secco. The food was delicious and the service was top notch. I had the Brussel sprouts and the salmon. Usually I am picky about such foods but these were amazing! The service here was friendly and helpful. Will be coming back for sure!

Amazing We recently were affected by the flight disruptions with Delta in San Jose California. We booked the Hilton and this is why we are writing the reviews. Our family was exhausted and tired. But we were welcomed by Berhe and help by the manager Randall who made sure we had a great two day stay. I enjoyed the two days and my family was thankful for the hospitality and kind service we received.

great service and great times. My family and I stayed at the Hilton san Jose for the Colombian soccer match. The hotel was busy and certainly not ready for the crowd. We were pleased with the service and the amenities. We couldn’t used the public restrooms but we understand the craziness of the event. During stay we encounter several people that made our trip memorable. Elizabeth in Housekeeping was a fine gem that you don’t see anymore. Nancy was a true champion. I had travel the world and never seen such a smilie faced and personalize service. The manager who we met by the elevators doing crowd control was very friendly and helpful. His name was Randall and he help us during our stay and make sure we were having a good time. Thank you everyone for all the great service and great times.
