Great location in downtown Good room, great breakfast, and the parking was easy, just across from the lobby and down a quick one level in the elevator.

Location was good for my needs The Hyatt Place in San Jose was perfect for our needs. Close to freeways. The salt was very friendly and nice. Great breakfast. Self park was exceptional and convenient.

Delicious Breakfast! Breakfast was delicious! Good location. I was able to walk to SAP center. Hotel staff were very friendly and polite. However, bathroom should be updated.

We've yet to be disappointed! Our company uses the Hyatt Place for all our onsites, and we've yet to be disappointed. We tried several hotels in Downtown San Jose before finding Hyatt Place, and we feel really strongly about the quality of this hotel. The rooms are large, cozy, clean, and have everything we need. The breakfast is surprisingly tasty! The bar downstairs is always a popular place to hang out in the evenings. Most importantly, the staff are amazing. They all work so hard, and you can tell each of them are passionate about the hotel and want others to enjoy it as much as they do. We honestly couldn't be happier!
