A Romantic Paradise With Exceptional Service If i could, i would give Las Ventanas 10 stars. This hotel is incredible and the service is top notch. We travelled here to get engaged (complete surprise to my fiancé). The staff at last ventanas helped plan everything ahead of time, and didnt even give a hint that something special was coming. A special shoutout to the romance director Paola Martinez, reservations director Fernando Roland and our suite butler Fernando. Each of them along with their teams found a way to make this stay unforgettably romantic and meaningful. Throughout our stay, we were surprised with thoughtful gifts in our room or at dinner. The attention to detail was absolutely amazing. The food was also amazing. Every single dish we had was a home run. They have several restaurants with the most impressive being Sea Grill in terms of taste. All boast beautiful views. Breakfast is also fantastic with a huge diversity of options. Another beautiful touch are the tree art installations peppered throughout the property. You have to see them in person to appreciate their beauty, but some pictures are included in this review. Last but not least, our room was beautiful. We had a king ocean view junior suite with terrace. Absolutely incredible!! The views of La Plaza and the ocean were breathtaking. The bed, pillows and linens were very comfortable and provided great sleep. The air conditioning and fans were on-point. The bathrooms were beautiful with a great soaking tub that fits 2 people comfortably. Every day you are also provided complimentary treats from the bakery at the end of your bed. We have both travelled a lot in our lives, and we can both say that Las Ventanas al Paraiso is at the very top of our experiences. We cannot wait to return!

Cabo...Luxury Excellent service by staff, and absolutely beautiful and pristine grounds! I really enjoyed the fact that the resort was not a mega resort, and my suite was very large. So many special touches, welcome drink and music serenade, complimentary bottle of tequila and light snacks in suite, beautiful heart shape glass ornament when I departed!

Best of the best We went as a family in May to this resort and I have to say it was absolutely incredible. The rooms were just beautiful- they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite that had a massage room, with a heated sauna and outdoor jacuzzi. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed. The hotel grounds are beautiful- lush and immaculately kept. The adult pool is serene and has great service. The kids pool was so much fun- they loved the lazy river- while not huge, it is super fun for the kids, particularly the jacuzzi that is inside the cave. The kids absolutely loved the hidden location. Restaurants on property were really great- Arbol was so gorgeous and the food was amazing. They were SO accommodating to my kids picky eating habits and really made sure they had what they needed for meals. I would only recommend that the desserts be a bit more relatable/traditional. Some of them were a bit too far fetched in concept. The spa was peaceful and my massage was really great. I even did a mom/daughter massage- which my daughter really enjoyed. They were sensitive to her comfort level and really made it a relaxing experience. I am hopeful that they will update the spa facilities a bit as those were a little outdated. I want to give a special shout out to Chef Victor - we spoke to him before we came to the hotel to ensure we had food options as the kids are vegetarians. We told him how much our kids loved baking more complex pastries and he managed to arrange a private pastry class for them which they absolutely loved!!! They made layer cakes and linzer tarts and my kids were beyond thrilled. If you want a truly fun evening- go to the speak easy- the singing and dancing is amazing! Couple of points of feedback: 1. Breakfast options could be a little better and quality of the food was not as good as lunch and dinner 2. Room tip- the room above the speak easy is not sound proof and you will hear the singing/dancing very late into the night so if you have young kids, this is not the room for you. This is a very special hotel and really a luxurious spot. The staff is really one of a kind, and they really go out of their way to make your stay special. To the personalized pillows for the kids when we arrived, to the daily dessert sent to the room, to the stuffed animals the kids get to take home on the departure- they really think of everything. This is a must visit hotel if you are looking for a 5+ star hotel stay.

Nice Resort We stayed for 7 nights in June. We enjoyed the resort very much. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The resort is beautiful and was very quiet even though they were apparently full. The food was also very good and lots to choose from. The beach is walkable but not really bare foot friendly and rip tides prevent you from going in the water. Room service was good but turn down service came really early ( 5:30 pm) usually when we were showering and relaxing after being out all day. The internet was just ok, fluctuating at times. We went to La Botica , live music was good but drinks were over priced. Overall good experience.

Business Awards Trip - My plus one and I enjoyed ourselves. The room was beautiful (junior suite/ground level/with patio). Room amenities were well thought out. Daily room service, nightly turn down - details were appreciated. Our butler staff was helpful, Lizbeth was particularly appreciated. Her smile, helpfulness and real commitment to ensuring our stay was enjoyable. Well done! Thank you!
