Beautiful and Relaxing Adults Only All Inclusive The service, food, and view is spectacular. My husband and I went here for our honeymoon three years ago and we could not wait to come back for the second time. The people are so kind, the food is outstanding, the infinity pool and view of the ocean is breathtaking. We saw whales and manta rays every day. Being able to walk straight down to the ocean and take a walk down to a swim-able beach was amazing. Shoutout to some of the best servers: Maricruz, Arturo, and Glenda. Thank you for helping making our stay so special! We can’t wait to go back!

The best time! We had the best time at Marquis Los Cabos! Check in was quick and easy and we were even welcomed with a frozen drink. The front desk staff members were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious with an ocean view and private balcony, and the entire property was beautifully decorated and landscaped. The beachfront infinity pools were beautiful. We alternated between sitting poolside and beachside. There were plenty of lounge chairs available. The hotel also offered a number of daily activities for anyone who can't lounge all day. Our friends did the morning stretch and water aerobics, and we all met up to try pickleball one of the days, which was a lot of fun. At night there were different shows out by the dinner buffet, which were also a hit with our group. I could go on, but long story short, you won't get bored. For food, we tried most of the restaurants and everything was delicious, especially the meats (tacos, steaks, etc.)! Servers at all locations were friendly and attentive. We also made reservations to do the teppanyaki dinner at Sakke where they cook at the table, which was a great group dinner. It was a short ride to and from the airport since the hotel is a bit outside of the downtown Cabo San Lucas area. Next time we might venture into town, but we had such a nice time at Marquis that we didn't really want to leave. We took a group shuttle from the airport there, and an Uber on the way back, both were easy. Thank you to everyone at Marquis who made our stay relaxing and memorable!

Great stay Pros: - Every room is a ocean view - Food is phenomenal (beat out a Michelin ---- Bib we visited on a night out from the resort) Very clean - Great cafe on site that makes better coffees than brand name coffee shops. Beautiful sandwiches and desserts to snack on. - The views from the pool area are jaw dropping, and pictures don't do it justice - Friendly, hard working staff. If you ask they will do everything they can to accommodate you. - Allergy/ diet conscious sensitive - Lots of fun activities during the day, and wonderful entertainment in the evenings - Most of the beach is not swimmable, there is a 10 min walk to a swimmable beach that they offer daily. - Slippers and robes provided in the room - Delicious snacks, and refrigerated beverages restocked daily. Pringle, doritos and some other local brands of cookies and granola bars - Art walk on Thursdays with Jarred and Johny is fun. - Activities staff is friendly and super kind. They all work hard and do a great job. - Amazing bar, with a really great mixology course. - Stairs and elevators - Fresh juices available around the pool Cons: These are all very small things and affected our trip minimally: - Drinks around the pool weren't consistent. One day they were out of this world, other days they were so so and over sweet. - The website needs to be updated. It would be great to give a run down of what exactly is included in the rooms etc.. I would have packed differently. - The toiletries are okay, I would bring my own shampoo and conditioner next time - The blow dryer is okay - The room turnovers were inconsistent. Sometimes perfect, sometimes things weren't replaced. Tips: - Book your restaurants in the apps 2 weeks before your stay. If you don't get an invite for this, send them an email. - Get your drinks from the bar upstairs for an upscale experience. - If you are missing something, don't hesitate to ask. They are lovely at this location. If they forget, give them a gentle reminder, it gets busy and they are human. - Do a tour the day you get there. If you need to access the spa or gym you have to use the elevator - Get up really early to get a prime pool bed. People wake up at 5am, and reserve pool chairs with towels. - Bring mosquito repellant for evening - Being a light jacket/ shawl for evenings - Canto Del Mar was worth the add on price. Food was delicious. - Save your appetite for the restaurants Suggestions for the Hotel: - Have someone monitor/check people in to use pool beds. If guests are not there for more than 3 hours, perhaps clear the spot for someone who can enjoy the space. Some people would reserve the best spots and be there for 2 hours out of the whole day. I understand this could be tough to do. For the price we were very happy with what we got. Some of the other reviews make no sense to me, as 90% of the time things were excellent. Special shout outs: Angelica at the Vistas Bellenas was such a lovely person to see first thing in the morning. She remembered our names! Angel at Dos Mares. He served us on Christmas Eve and it was perfection. He helped accommodate some food restrictions and made sure we were comfortable. He explained all the food items in detail and paced everything perfectly between courses and clearing our plates. The entire entertainment team. The manager was awesome! Esmeralda, Johny, Angelo, and Jarred were really great hosts, and one of the reasons I will be returning. They were high energy and helped break up the days of lounging around the pool. I don't usually do activities, but I like what they had planned. The lady working at the coffee shop was also phenomenal, I didn't get her name, but all beverages were incredible. Norma in concierge was exceptional in helping us coordinate our stay. All in all this is a really great resort. Book your restaurants in advance, and get to the pool early to find a good spot.

Home away from home I have been to the Marquis many times and continue to return because of the special people who work there. The hotel is situated in a beautiful area withe low beach traffic. This makes it so the ocean view isn’t soiled with people and vendors. The hotel is clean and well kept. The wait staff is AMAZING! They keep you happy, safe, and well taken care of. The food is always so good. The entertainment is fun and lively! I don’t like to share how wonderful the place is because it seems like it just keeps getting busier. Good for them! This is a special place and should be recognized as not just a resort (like any other resort) but a place to call home away from home.

Pure rejuvenation and relaxation This adult only resort was excellent for a relaxing vacation. If seeking a quiet and peaceful vibe and not a party-esque drunk fest, this is it. Enjoyed the recreation offerings of Mexican bingo, trivia, pickleball, tennis, mezcal and wine tastings. Recreation staff; Jared, Monty, Jonnie and Esmeralda were so entertaining, enthusiastic and friendly! Loved them. The infinity pools overlooking the beach that is walkable and close to a swimmable area was beautiful. Suspiro bar made for wonderful small bites and cocktails and Pergola Italian was delicious! Craving the wood fired pizza. Adriana at the Vista Ballenas restaurant will make your day with her hospitable greetings and the food is fresh at all places. Coffee donut and oatmeal cookies at the coffee shop were yummy! Definitely will be back and will go for New Years as the event they were preparing looked great. Evening entertainment of legends of rock was the best as well as the Mexican themed evening. Our flight was a late one so we could still use the amenities after check out which was fantastic. Highly recommend!
