Excellent family holiday My wife and I visited with our daughter and grandson. There was plenty for all to enjoy. Food was always excellent and staff very friendly and accommodating. Pool was a focus for social activities. Petting zoo good for young children. Staff helped us arrange day trip to San Miguel de Allende. Would love to return with more of our family.

Ok hotel, needs more maintenance In general is a good hotel, is an overall nice property, the staff is attentive but not that helpful. The rooms need maintenance, sometimes the small details are the ones that matter and they should focus on those. Some public areas like bathrooms should be cleaned more often and need better lighting

A very special historical hotel Hacienda Galindo is a very unique hotel full of history and art. It is beautiful with excellent service. The hotel has EVERYTHING! Playground, zoo, huge pool, vineyards, terrace, soccer field….of course restaurants and bars. The food is fantastic but the service is exceptional. Fantastic place to relax for a few days. I want to mention the waiters Carlos and Alvaro were excellent- always going above and beyond. And Karina’s tortillas made to order were spectacular. As you can see from my review, I don’t speak Spanish and everyone tried to help in any way they could. Muchas gracias para todos!

Beautiful hacienda, good service Beautiful hacienda. Nice pool and grounds. Lots of kids activities . Nice sized rooms that are very clean. Main restaurant is so , so. Italian restaurant very good. Really makes no sense that you have to use 200 characters to submit a review.

Noisy event hotel, not recommended for families with babies. This is no longer a hotel for resting with the family… this is a noisy hotel for events. This is an expensive hotel for the average hotels in Mexico, we planned a relaxed weekend with the babies as my wife had good memories of this hotel… unfortunately the experience was pretty bad. We had a loud party right outside of our window (please refer to the first picture). When we called front desk for help, an employee: Sandra was pretty rude with us, telling the only option for us was to lower the room category (again not a cheap hotel for Mexico), no money back and nothing to do. After filing a complaint of Sandra and taking to the hotel manager, they managed to change us to a similar room, but any way the second picture was outside of the second room… setting another event there. On top of this, we found cockroaches in the Italian restaurant, as our table was outdoors, we think it was hard to eliminate them, but then we found a big one in our room (picture added), where our babies walked the entire weekend. We are not returning to this hotel ever!
