Acacia Boutique Hotel

Go somewhere else! Only good thing is the location and the coffee. Its a polished turd, loud, no remote so I just watched my phone. The pool is 102 degrees and they call it a pool jacuzzi..haha it's a heated pool in PR, shut up! Booked a room with a sofa bed and fridge, a ocean view and a terrace, didn't get any of that. But I did get woken up by the cleaning guy and the front desk 2 days in a row yelling at 8am Listen I don't even want to waist my time with this review there are better hotels for the same price and way nicer just go somewhere else!

Total dump. Don’t waste your money. I have not had a vacation in seven years. And reviewing the Acacia Boutique Hotel it seemed like a really nice place to go and enjoy a few days. But to my surprise, it was a dump. Don’t waste your money here the staff was rude and the accommodations were terrible. I tried numerous times to have my room changed, and the manager would not comply. Kept telling me that the hotel was booked went in fact it wasn’t fully booked. How can you rent a room to a couple who were stranded in Puerto Rico and not change my room for a better accommodation. Also asked for a refund and was rejected. Was told everything is done by email. Please take it from a native Puerto Rican. Don’t go here. A total total dump. I contacted Booking.com to explain to them the situation and they got nowhere as well. All these booking companies that advertise for these hotels need to go out and investigate and research what these hotels really offer. The fact that this hotel is a 3.5 almost 4 stars blows my mind. It doesn’t even come close to being 1 star. Hope this was helpful in finding a hotel that caters to your needs.

Not the place to stay The hotel is not nice. There is no elevator and a lot of stairs. Be prepared to carry your luggage up an unairconditioned stairway. Rooms are super small and no room to move around. We checked on, saw the situation, and checked out immediately.

Not at all relaxing or accommodating . Not good at all We arrived to what looked like a cute place. Was super close to the beach. We knew parking was self serve so we dealt with that struggle. The ocean view we purchased was not an ocean view. Instead we saw the hot tub and common area which was incredibly loud. People could look directly into our room . The soundproof rooms as described were not soundproof. In fact our sleep was interrupted every night by echoing parties . The pool was at the property across the street and not on the property. The air conditioning was not efficient and we were not comfortable. We asked the hotel directly and our third party booking agency on the arrival day to refund remainder of days so we could find other lodging. They answered the last day we were there . They declined. . The front desk staff was nice but their hands were tied with awful management and lies about the property.

DO NOT BOOK! HORRIBLE PLACE! BIG MISTAKE! DO NOT BOOK! HORRIBLE PLACE! BIG MISTAKE! The place is very old, outdated and super dirty with mold everywhere. The advertisement is a complete lie. There is no views of the ocean and balconies are close to non-existing. The staff is very rude and not helpful at all. The restaurant does not work. The shower has bugs in it. Do not believe the advertisement where they can accommodate three people in one room because they can not. You room can be given away to someone they know and so do not expect the correct room when you check in. No air contitioning in the hallways. The pool is a big joke. Any refund is non-negotiable. Save your money and nerves. Go elsewhere.
