Perfect Honeymoon Headquarters Advertises an Old World experience, and delivers. First and foremost, the location is fabulous. Nothing in Old San Juan is more than 15 minutes away by foot. Comfortable accommodations, beautiful decoration, and an incredible building. Wine and cheese reception and coffee service were nice additions. Excellent staff quick to offer dining recommendations. Only one (minor) complaint -- laundry only takes quarters and the front desk did not have any.

Disappointed Disappointed,we stayed before the pandemic and nothing is the same any more,the colonial decoration dissappear out of the rooms the service at the restaurantis amateur,hours of the bar,closes on Friday night at 9,30.will not stay again

Server - Ricky First time going to this hotel for dinner reservations. Our server Ricky is a big reason we are interested in having the wedding at your venue. His knowledge of the menu and service at dinner is what I am looking for. Doing a fantastic job. We visited the hotel at the end of April of this year.

Stop by for a nice lunch in beautiful scenery I must preface by saying I didn’t stay at this hotel. However, given the chance, I would love to! Found this hotel on a walking tour we did. This used to be an old convent and after the tour, we decided to go back to explore. Gorgeous hotel right in old San Juan. We ate at the courtyard restaurant there. Delicious lunch in a very pretty courtyard. Felt transported to the Mediterranean for sure. Ample lunch menu and loved the seating arrangements for maximum enjoyment of the courtyard.

Book it. That’s it. That’s the line. We came on a girls trip for my bestie’s birthday and immediately, listen the pictures don’t do it justice, okay? The staff from the very start was so sweet, attentive, and genuine. We got an impromptu history lesson from the bellhop as he showed us to our room, befriended the bartenders the very first night who gave us so many recommendations of things to do and drinks to try. (They were all so dangerously delicious!) We loved the overall cleanliness of the hotel, its location, the pool to hang out in while we decide our next move, oh! and bless them for the complimentary water bottles because this lovely weather is no joke lol Overall, we were so well taken care of. Can’t stress how grateful we were for picking this place to stay. Indira, Ricardo, Eric, Angel, Oswell, Victor, Jesus, JuanCarlos, JANcarlos, y Alejandro: se ganaron cinco estrellas chicos!
