Stay away! My husband was traveling for work and I tagged along. We travel almost every week for work and stay exclusively at Marriott hotels. This has been the worst guest interaction that we’ve experienced. We encountered problems every step of the trip. Management could not have cared less. When we arrived in our room, we we’re on the 5th floor, directly above the pool on the 4th floor. They have a DJ. The music was so loud that the glass was actually rattling. I called down and requested to be moved to another location. The front desk person argued with me, telling me there was no need to move as they didn’t have the DJ all night. Very condescending. We encountered this lack of courtesy across the stay. We needed a refrigerator for medication. I was told they’d send one up. It took 2 days and about 8 phone calls. On the second day of our stay we needed towels, as they weren’t doing daily housekeeping, I approached a maid in the hallway to request towels and shampoo and she completely ignored me. At first I thought it was the language barrier so I tried asking in Spanish. The language wasn’t the problem. She responded in English. “You need to call the front desk…” rolled her eyes and turned her back to me. I called the front desk described the interaction and requested the towels and toiletries. They said they’d send them right up. It took 14 hours and 3 more phone calls. And only the towels arrived, no toiletries. The hostess at the on-site restaurant was rude each morning, without fail. No pleasantries, no smile. It was as if I was bothering her each morning as I walked up for breakfast. We choose this hotel for the location but I would never stay here again and I recommend you stay away as well.

Baecation in PR Enjoyed Condado. We decided to hang out with several other couples. We snorkeled at San Juan's beach. We went on tour, had delicious food and shopped in Old San Juan....It was simply fun!! Looking to return again, soon.

absolutely horrible & lax attitude We stayed at the condado marriott previous 3 days and was a delight. This sheraton management is lazy and wants to hide behind the protocol. When the country is lifting the covid protocols, they want to do 0 service. - No bed turnover - no cleaning of bathrooms - when we checked in - rooms were dirty : Hair on the bed and we complained. Nothing done Condado Marriott casino - under the same protocol was having room svc, house keeping etc. Asking to social distance is one thing and having to stay in dirt & filth in vacation is totally different thing. Management needs to step up their svc. Not acceptable. Would have given 0 stars if possible.

Good points and not so pleasant. I checked in with my friends May 24, 2021. Checkin was a breeze the gentlemen who worked the counter allowed us to checkin early. Later that day, we requested additional bath towels, cloths because it was 3 of us.. Three names was on the reservation. We had to call an additional 2x, plus had to return to the counter to see our request was fulfilled. Tuesday morning came, we needed an Uber, security (Betty from NY) helped us out tremendously with getting an Uber and she told us which beaches we should visit and malls to shop. She was simply AMAZING to us. Wednesday I went to the cafe for the first time. I order a breakfast burrito and a chocolate chip muffin.. Excellent. Thursday was our check out.. My friends left earlier during the morning because of the timing of their flight. I stayed around the hotel to catch my later flight. Again, for breakfast I went to the cafe, because I had no issues the day before. I order which I thought was the same muffin and breakfast burrito. The problem came when i ate the muffin, IT was FULL of WALNUTS!! Which I did not know this because there was NO labeling other than sticker saying "Made With Love". I picked out the nuts, by half way into the muffin, I had to stop eating.. because the back of my tongue and throat began to swell. I didnt want to cause a scene, I always carry my epi-pen with me, but I left it upstairs in my room. Thankfully, i had some Benadryl in purse, I was able to take it, within 15min my symptoms subsided. You all must understand everyone can not eat nuts. Your product wasn't labelled. What if I didnt have a Benadryl, what if I couldn't have gotten to my room and been able to get to my epi-pen. We have labels on products for a reason, this was sheer negligence on the Cafe and Sheraton. My recommendation is every food item should have the ingredients or a something saying contain nuts.

Disappointed in Sheraton zas Puerto Rico Checked in May 18, requested an upgrad severe left hip degenerative arthritis e. I was told one would be available in the morning. I spent my second day of vacation trying to get a room that was promised to me. At 5pm I spoke to a supervisor by the name of Joice.Joyce was condescending, rude, and Unapologetic, And spoke to me as if she was doing me a favor. I never ask for a free upgrade, Only if an upgrade was available I have no problem paying for what I want it. After speaking to Joyce and when things did not happen as promised she started avoiding me literally avoiding me. Which is completely unprofessional thank God the next day I spoke to a very nice manager by the name of Victor. Victor was able to get the upgrade complete it without any further issues and I must say Angelica who was at the front desk was lovely as well, she provided great customer service. Joyce could take a few lesion from her (Angelica). Joyce is a sad excuse for a supervisor who does not have a clue or deserve her title
