GOOD HOTEL TO BE....!!!! Enjoy staying at this hotel and swimming at La Loma sports center, the place where big stars as Michael Phelps train. Great place to be due the area is full of malls, restaurants and places to visit in San Luis Potosi.

Bad experience My wife and I stayed on the hotel last Friday. Very poor customer service during check-in. Food during breakfast buffet was cold (eggs). Room didn't have hot water in the shower. Amazing issues por the hotel price and category! Not recommended.

Great stay Thank you for the very enjoyable visit to San Luis. The hotel was very conveniently located and very clean. I enjoyed visiting La Loma to swim. The staff at the front desk and bar/restaurant were very friendly and helpful!

Fantastic Place We were attending a training camp at La Loma and this hotel was within SAFE walking distance. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were here in April before the weather gets too hot - the rooms didn’t get as cold as we are used to back home, but we didn’t mind since we weren’t using the rooms during the day. Breakfast was good and they made sure to have coffee ready by 6am!! One night we actually were craving Domino’s and the gentleman at the front desk took time to help me order since I don’t speak Spanish. I’d stay here again!

Parking I have been to real inn in other cities and the experience was always very positive, but this one seems to belong to a sub-premium branch; a 150+ room hotel with 20 parking slots!!!! A monument to architectural imbecility....
