Worst hotel stay Our stay was the worst stay I’ve ever had. Our room was awful. It wasn’t clean. It smelled horrible. There were cigarette ashes by our bed in a “non-smoking” room. Our complimentary shampoo and items were USED! Used!!! Our A/C didn’t work. Our towels were dirty. They guy that checked us in, rude. The guy that checked us EVEN WORSE! If you hate your job that much just find a new one. Worst sleep ever. The bed smelled horrific. We will not be re-visiting

Disgusting stay in San Marcos,TX Filthy exterior, fire burnt mattresses laying in the parking lot, people justhsnging out like drug dealers in the parking lot, loud music playing outside and manager never shut it down, bathroom had hair all over and was surface cleaned only but on a positive note the bed was comfortable.

Cockroaches Cockroaches and nasty stains everywhere in the room, food crumbs and bugs in the bed with bloodstained sheets. When I told staff about it I was ignored. When asked for a refund, u was just stared at in the eye with a smile on the guys face with no response

Very dirty Bath tub & toilet were backed up. Bathrooms dirty. As soon as I turned water on it did not go down. People next door were very loud. I also let the person checking me out about the bathroom issues all he did was write it down

Not family friendly Not a safe feeling due to the environment and not very sanitary. I do not recommend this place for anyone unless your trying to buy drugs. They have permanent residents whom stay there which means they are always sitting outside there rooms trying to sell illegal drugs.
