Slow Elevators, Theft Problems in Parking Lot Stayed here for 4 nights for a conference. The room was OK - a little dated and everything was orange, but it was clean. The wait for an elevator was long. Only 2 of the 3 elevators were operational. The hotel charges $12 a night for parking and says they have security in the parking lot. The first night a member of our party had their car broken into. The thieves attempted to steal the car but destroyed the ignition. The second night a F-250 had both tail light assemblies stolen. There are no cameras in the parking lot. The food at the hotel is quite good.

Would not stay here again! This Hotel is in major need of a deep clean and update! The surface area is somewhat clean, but the deep cleaning areas have been neglected for a long time! Dusty thick heavy curtains that need to be replaced. Carpet needs vacuuming in corners and around baseboards and a deep cleaning. While showering It appeared that the only clean area to stand was in the middle of the tub. Walls and ceilings had black streaks going across them. Then the smell a mildew and dust lingered everywhere. All of this observation is from glancing around. I was afraid to look too closely. We stayed here for 3 nights w lots of kids who later became sick w coughs, congestion, headaches, etc. The cost savings here is not worth it!

Very quiet but dated Came for a 2 day work conference at the hotel so decided to stay there. Room was nice. Clean. A little dated. Lamps in some areas didn’t work. Tub shower combo isn’t my preference, would rather have just a shower. One of the chairs had a big rip at the seam. It was very quiet in our room which is a plus for me for sure. Liked having room with separate areas to eat/work and sleep. Happy hour in the evenings was a nice plus. Breakfast was also good. Lots of options and variety. Cost $12/day to park on the property. And there isn’t anywhere else to park. So you just have to pay it. Kinda a rip off in my opinion.

No no and no I absolutely HATE this hotel. First of all, it is YEARS beyond a remodel. The bay tub is gross! Secondly, — the air fresher/deodorizer smell is OVERPOWERING ! I was able to call and request an air purifier and it seems to be helping. Everything in the room is ORANGE! Carpet, couch, drapes chairs and it’s disgusting. Then they have an onsite restaurant. When I checking in at 6 pm I asked if they have room service or a restaurant. The agent assured me they did and said it was open until 10:50 tonight. Ok. So I checked in, unpacked, did some work, then tried to order online after scanning the. QR code. Guess what— no room service available . I go downstairs to talk to the restaurant in person to see what the deal is . They say, “I’m sorry, we are doing a system upgrade tonight and the restaurant has to close tonight at 9pm” I say, “well it would have been nice if you had told me this when I checked in. You told me open til 10:50.” So I leave and go get some fast food, and coming back into the hotel I see a bus painted “Rajun Cajuns” parked at the door. The entire restaurant is full of the baseball team and they have a full buffet set up to feed the visiting college baseball team. I am very annoyed that I had to leave and go get fast food. I had a reservation here for May, but I will definitely be canceling. Look - I have multiple kids in college and I stay at Embassy Suites in Denton, TX and it is fabulous. This. One is definitely NOT. Stay elsewhere!
