Treat Yourself! :) You will feel pampered and luxurious, guaranteed I can't say enough good things about this hotel. My wife and I took our honeymoon here and it was exactly what we wanted. Each and every staff member was attentive, kind, and eager to help. (special shout-out to Samantha for helping us find the best restaurants and even making reservations for us). Everything felt peaceful and modern. From breakfast delivered to our room where we ate on our sun-soaked balcony, to their top-tier spa, every moment was perfect and we WILL be returning!

A budget hotel with luxury prices. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I have high expectations for a hotel that holds themselves out to be luxury with luxury prices. The front desk was rude and the rooms were sparse. The first night the air conditioning didn't work and we didn't have hot water. They moved us to another room the next day. When I asked for a refund for the first night the front desk tried to negotiate with me for a "reduced" rate instead of doing the right thing and not charging us for such an unpleasant experience. Any other reputable hotel would have not charged the first night. I have learned my lesson and for almost the same amount of money I would stay at the Rosewood or the Numu down the street. I think the front desk just tried to take advantage of two women traveling alone which does not reflect well on the management.

Lovely stay Lovely hotel with great art installations . Beds and rooms very comfortable and quiet . Restaurant had very tasty food Only wish was better language skills among wait staff . Front office was very good and organized some good activities for us

Lovely boutique hotel! Super cute hotel in a great location. The entire staff was lovely and we truly enjoyed our time there! The room was clean and super cute, loved all the bath products as well. The team was super helpful at setting up dinners, airport transport, and giving us info on all the local things to do. The hotel is also filled with unique art and it matches so well this adorable town.

Great Breakfast and Staff at Serene Hotel 5/5 would stay here again. Very attentive staff and very serene hotel. 100% can recommend the chilaquiles which Gabi lovingly prepares for breakfast some mornings. Lovely koi pond near massage rooms/wellness center was a great surprise
