The worst experience ever I'm not sure if the people that are giving this hotel more than 2 points went to that hotel at all. This hotel is piratically abandoned and only have of the facilities are working and most of the close locations smell horrible and the open ones are not very clean either. There is only one place to eat if you take the risk, the food there if you stay more then one day you probably see it the next day. In my opinion this hotel should be close.

My first experience and returned to visit again with my kids for a week Was great the staff was friendly and helpful visited it this year again with my kids and spend a wonderful time. The staff treated me as family, and my kids loved the pool, the food and drinks. You can naturally relax their watch tv and enjoy a quiet night out

A good time Ok if you are looking for a 5 star resort this is not the place. If you are looking for a place to enjoy the weather and the beach this is your place. Granted the water pressure is not all that great but the room was clean. Air conditioning nearly froze us to death. The people do not speak good English but that was a fun part of my trip trying to decipher them and them trying to decipher me. We loved the staff especially Amardi the bartender. He fixed a special drink for us each night trying out his concoctions for us to review. The food was not what I expected but I didn't really know what to expect. I didn't starve. We took an excursion to Saona Island and it was beautiful. I loved the natural pool. All in all I had a very relaxing vacation

Halloween horror night Worst night mare ever. No A/C in any Room , no phone also so they avoid The complains Dinner time , its only 1 restaurant open if you want to call them like that with around 4 to 5 option Of food :rice, chicken, some rush that were cook almost 10 years ago and a few potatoes. Only saw 3 people there that were upset like me because this hotel is listed as if they have 3 restaurant I got piss and went to The desk, they return my money and he advised me that They cut The food a couple Of months ago This is The worst hotel ever , no One should go there , it should be close

Nightmare Worst hotel in my life.Eternally no water, no electricity, no air conditioning, residents there doing the disco late into the morning hours. Only for people who are able to live in a mess. Very poor food and other hotel service. Petr
