Good for the money I find the people very nice. The person at front desk went out of her way to save me money. I truly appreciate that. It is a quiet, safe place, placed very strategically near the freeway and close to my daughter and her family. I've stayed at other more expensive hotels in this area. Save your money and stay here!

Great Customer Service Experience Sonya is the best, she was very nice to me & my girlfriend happy to help any time we asked! I have been here multiple times before, but this was our best stay so far. I will be definately coming back to this location in the near future when I meed a place to stay.

My stay away at Stay America! The staff has been wonderful during my stay in San Ramon! I like the amenities that are offered here. My morning coffee, laundry services, parking tickets that shows for unlimited parking and the full kitchen. I share that with all of my friends. _

Home away from home. Wonderful place, with an amazing staff. Always willing to go above and beyond. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Best of all, I'm able to bring my furry companions. Sonya, Jessica, Daniel, Sonny, and the GM, thank you for all you do. Thank you for making my stay at your property a great experience. I'll definitely keep coming back.

Good hospitality Sunia is the Best person to deal with at this hotel she makes you feel at home not like a stranger or just someone renting a room, she is always smiling and very helpful. I would recommend that you stay here it is quite. No noise even with it being by the freeway
