Enjoyable relaxing stay! We enjoyed our stay very much. The easy online pre check in and the smiling receptionist who greeted us set the tone for a great stay. The property was quite at night providing a restful nights sleep in our comfortable room. We look forward to going back in the future.

Trip to nantucket Very clean, great communication as we were a late arrival, parking is adequate, pool looked inviting but didn't have time to enjoy, we needed a reasonable priced stay overnight to catch an early ferry to Nantucket and this fit the bill!

Convenient and Affordable Cape Sands Inn Going to Cape for 2 days so needed a nice but affordable place to stay for 1 night. Saw the facility on-line and after seeing the rate, location, and after reading many of the reviews, it sounded like the perfect place to stay....and it was! Inexpensive for the Cape (so says Capt. Obvious), great location along Route 28 with all its services and amenities, it was quiet, the room was very clean, and there was a very nice outdoor pool. It was perfect for our needs, and again...you couldn't beat the price. Great value for money!

Great value & comfy beds We had never stayed here before but will definitely come back. It was worth the upgrade to the deluxe room to get some outdoor space and fridge. Most impressive: great beds, very comfortable, with really good pillows/linens. We slept very well every night. We didn't use the indoor or outdoor pool or the game room but they looked well maintained. Endless supplies of fresh towels came in handy!

Cape Cod Disappointing experience. Old motel very overpriced. Clean rooms but not worth $350 a night. Glass bathroom shelf must not have been attached securely, fell off and shattered everywhere. When we called the desk, the girl said "I'll see if I can find someone to clean it up"! REALLY! Didn't even ask if everyone was okay. We never heard anything from management. Very disappointing stay.
