Awesome service and beautiful hotel! An amazing hotel at an incredible location. Literally steps from the beach and near outstanding shops, resturaunts and bars! I love this hotel and will recommend it to all my friends and family! The hotel staff are not only friendly they are professional and attentive to the needs of their guests. I was taken extremely good care of and witnessed so many other interactions to reveal impeccable service! Bravo team Hotel Milo! Love you all very much amd plan to be back for many years to come!

Their website is a big lie. All misleading pictures and features. The staff and valet were friendly, but the rooms were not even close to how they advertise it. Very very small rooms and bathrooms. I got my mom the premium ocean view king room and the view is cut off and not a great view of the beach. She also slipped getting out of the tub because there were no hand rails, and the showers only have half a glass panel…weird. When using the sink, there would be a funky, sulfuric smell. Also the shower’s hot water would only work a couple minutes at a time. We got 2 rooms here because the pictures on their website looked nice, but we feel like we got hustled. The pictures now seem like they’re heavily enhanced or edited. And it would be nice if they allowed self parking on their lot, but they charge $32 a day for valet service. This place is more of a Motel than a hotel.

Girls Trip Wonderful girls trip, can’t wait to stay again! From the time we arrived to the time we left we felt taken care of, everyone was very helpful. The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. It was exactly what we needed, can’t wait to return!

Awesome Staff Awesome place to stay. The staff, especially Roman at the front desk is an amazing person. Extremely personable and makes sure you have what you need. Beyond him being an employee, Roman explained to us how he loves what he does. When you go to Hotel Milo ask for Roman. From the valet to the housekeeping this is type of hotel that gives throw backs to how a hotel should treat their guests. Needless to say my family and I had a great time and the employees were a big part of that. We will be back.

This place is amazing Everything about this place is amazing! Especially the staff. Every. Single. Staff. Member was kind, conscientious and eager to help. They all seem so happy! Starting with the warmth and kindness of Zoe, the front desk manager and Roman working the front desk! These people made us feel so taken care of. The valets were so sweet and helpful. The housekeeping staff were so kind and eager to help. Our family suite overlooking the garden was so beautiful! We could see boats in the ocean. The fire pits were plentiful and so cozy. The flowering vines and butterflies around the property added to the magic. And the pool! It was warm, inviting and clean. Location can’t be beat. We’re so grateful to all the staff and to everyone who keeps up this beautiful place. We created many memories we will treasure forever. PS. I’m posting this review in other places too in hopes that other hotels will be inspired by the Milo’s example of hospitality.
