HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Absolutely horrendous customer service and incompetent management. The manager, Shawn, acts entitled to your business and should not be working in hospitality. Horrible treatment and cannot recommend AT ALL. There are plenty of other properties in the area where you will receive proper treatment, so do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

All night a wake. The bed was the worst i ever slept on if i even could sleep. There is a strange nouise al night long from out the window even if its closed. Price is on the high site for what you get. Breakfast for Europa standaards is very poirly. The staff is very kind en there is enough space to park and get around in the room if you cant sleep. Oh and there is this weird sign next to my room. (Watch pictures)

Hidden oase Great place and very friendly staff. Great value for money. Possible to get good and healty breakfast. Nice surroundings and only 10 minutes drive to the Beach and harbour. We Stayed for 3 days and for sure we will come back. Best of recommendations from us___☀️____

Cockroaches We stayed in room 129 on Feb 17th to Feb 18th. During the night I woke up to use the restroom and there were multiple cockroaches crawling around. I killed as many as I could catch. I went back to bed and felt disgusted. The next morning there were multiple cockroaches running on the carpet near the bathroom. We informed the front desk on check out who seemed not to care. I emailed the hotel and sent them pictures of the pests and they offered $50 credit.

A great hotel We stay at the Sandpiper Lodge whenever we visit Santa Barbara. The service is excellent, the rooms and spacious and clean, and it's always a positive experience. We especially enjoyed the deal we had this time, where we got an entire suite for about $150.
