Great staff and location I stayed for my first time and I have to say hands down a wonderful property and the staff is over the top. Remy simply was outstanding in banquets from setting up to checking in on our meeting many times. She made sure everything from the lights to lunch were perfect for our team. Rooms are clean and the hotel was so close to many things to do in the area. The staff was so helpful including Leslie Josevanni, Maria, Olivia, and Antonio at breakfast. This type of staff makes the hotel so successful and the fact that companies and guests return. Thank you for a lovely business stay.

Wont return Sad thing to say I will not stay at this place in the future. It's an old hotel in a good location. Convenient to reach many places without going through early morning traffic. I arrived early (around 12 PM), to my surprise I was charged $20 early checkin fee. As long time Hilton member, this is the first. I guess every time when I check out at 6AM, I should ask for refund for the time I did not use? Asked front desk, she didn't care. Now parking fee is charged via scanning barcode url, and reserve in 24 hours incremental. They posted this everywhere and even text you to remind you to pay. And happy hours was very minimal. Breakfast was very average too. There are plenty options for me to stay in this area. Did not feel my stay was appreciated.

An average hotel The hotel is located about half an hour from San Francisco airport. To visit the area, as a tourist, it is necessary to have a car, because there are no attractions nearby … just Our Lady of Peace, a few minute’s walk. My room was a 2 Room Suite, very spacious, comfortable, quiet and pleasant. Only the cleanliness of the bathroom should be improved. Breakfast is mainly savory, with a minimal sweet choice, however enough for a short stay. I didn't have dinner at the hotel, because several restaurants and shops can be reached on foot in a few minutes, and offer valid and appreciable alternatives. I recommend the hotel for business reasons.

Business Trip Pretty average hotel. Giving it 4 stars given it included breakfast and happy hour. The bartenders and omlette maker were excellent and friendly. Other breakfast staff seemed less than thrilled to be there but overall went about their tasks and kept out of guests way. The rooms could definitely use some updating and the layout was quite awkward being right next to the stairwell. The room felt cramped and the bathroom small to maneuver in. Not sure if all rooms were that way but I'd suggest a different room. The hotel was reasonably close to some restaurants and easy enough to get around the area. Overall not a bad stay.
