Clean but slow during busy times I’ve stayed at the Hilton in Santa Clara nearly seven times over the past few years, and each visit has been generally positive. The facilities are consistently clean, which is always a big plus for me. The rooms are well-maintained, and the hotel itself offers a comfortable atmosphere. However, one area that could use improvement is the service. While the staff is friendly, I’ve noticed that the service can be a bit slow, especially during busy check-in or dining times. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but it is something to keep in mind if you’re in a rush. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you prioritize cleanliness and a reliable stay.

A Bad Motel experience This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I presume this is what it feels like to stay at a motel. Bed was broken. AC did not work well and the fan was very loud. The bath tub was leaking, stained and broken in multiple ways. It had the worlds cheapest shower head on there, the kind you see in terrible apartments that you are expected to replace. I truly do not recommend anyone stay here. There has to be much better options nearby.

Rooms need updating. Remove dirty, old asthma-triggering carpeting. Rooms really need to be updated. Would love if they went with the wood-look flooring and removed the carpeting that triggered my allergies and asthma. They advertised room service but no longer have it. Close to Levi’s Stadium. Front desk service was uneven. One person was great. Another treated men great and ignored ladies. I had a small package arrive after I left and asked them to forward it. I thought they would send it and charge me $10 or 15 (more than enough) to cover shipping or send for free since I’m a Hilton Honors member. The person told me I had to set up a shipping account with a shipper, then purchase a shipping label and send it to them. I was disappointed to hear this. Not a great experience overall at this price point. Hilton has really declined since the family sold it.

Old and poorly cleaned. I was expecting a 4 star nice hotel for a business trip. To my unfortunate surprise, the hotel is old and poorly clean. Not impressed arriving at the reception for starters. The room is old and yellow. My carpet had stains. The shower leaks everywhere. And the one thing that grosses me the most is to find someone ele’s hair in a hotel room. Well, I found quite a few in the bathroom (floor, curtain) and in the bed. So GROSS! I thought Hilton was supposed to be a nice hotel. I was wrong will not be staying there anymore

Great for sporting events! We stayed here two nights for the Chelsea vs Wrexham game at Levi's Stadium. The hotel is amazingly well placed for sporting events and it even hosted its own fan park within the hotel grounds before and after the game. Though we didn't visit the hotel is also near to the California's Great America theme park. The hotel itself is impressive, with a bar, restaurant, small shop and small Starbucks available on the ground floor which I made use of and found very useful. There was also a pool we didn't use due to time. Our room had twin double beds and we found it very spacious and well provisioned with everything you need for a hotel stay, including free WiFi for registered Hilton Honors members (free account). The only downside is that the surrounding area is very much a business park/out of town sort of location and finding anything else to do is difficult given this. We did get food delivered on the day of our departure as a result.
