Family vacation winner!! Took my kids for a mini vacation and chose this hotel because of pricing, amenities and walking distance to Great America. The staff is very friendly and attentive! I will be booking my next stay there for our next family vacation!

Consistently high quality at Hyatt I am a Hyatt Gold member and have never been disappointed with the quality of accommodations at Hyatt. This property was clean and well-staffed. Good food and service and the most comfortable bed of any hotel chain.

Terrible service Ordered room service at 952pm. Was told to expect the order soon as the kitchen did not close until 10pm. They called at 1010pm to say that the kitchen was closed and they were canceling our order. Terrible service especially for a supposedly 4 start hotel that charges $500 a night.

Deep clean needed Hotel is super dated, dingy, old carpets and dirty windows. Nice staff good location. You can tell they make all their money from the stadium. Won’t stay here again, quality level is low - not what I expect from a Hyatt regency, Hyatt place offers better value and cleaner experience

Great location next to the convention center Great location, friendly, helpful staff. I would recommend, but you have to realize this property is used a lot and the cushions in the lobby show it.
